The Provider grants the Customer access to the RAZU TV service at id.razu.one under the selected plan, and the Customer pays for it.
The contract is concluded when the selected plan is paid for. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer, the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy published at id.razu.one/legal.
3.1. The price and the period are those shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. The price includes all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card through a payment provider. Full card details are not disclosed to the Provider.
3.3. Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price in force at the time of renewal, and the saved card is charged on the day the paid period ends. The Customer may switch renewal off in the account area https://razu.one at any time before the charge date.
3.4. The Provider gives at least 14 days' notice before charging a new price.
3.5. If a charge fails, the Provider retries and notifies the Customer. If payment is not made, access is suspended.
The service is deemed provided for each day access is granted. No acceptance certificate is issued; the Provider's billing records serve as evidence.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at id.razu.one/legal.
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current paid period. The Provider is not responsible for the quality of the Customer's own network connection.
