1. Data controller

2. What we collect

At sign-up: email address, name (if provided), phone number (if provided), and the password stored as an irreversible hash.

When signing in with a third-party provider: the account identifier and email address received from Google, Apple, Yandex or VK. Your password for those services is never shared with us.

Technical data for each sign-in, payment and support request: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, interface language, and the country and city derived from the IP address using a local MaxMind GeoLite2 database. The IP address is not sent to any external service for this purpose.

Payment data: amount, currency, status, the payment provider's transaction identifier, the card mask (first six and last four digits) and a payment token. We never receive or store the full card number, expiry date or CVV — these are handled by the payment provider.

Communications: support requests and messenger conversations, including replies produced by the automated assistant.

3. Why we process it

• providing the service and performing the contract;
• processing payments, automatic renewals and refunds;
• fraud prevention: technical and geographic data of a payment are used to detect suspicious transactions;
• customer support;
• service messages (invoices, subscription expiry, failed charge) — these are not marketing and are sent regardless of marketing consent;
• news and offers about the service — sent to users who created an account, on the basis of this Policy; you may opt out at any time using the switch in your account area (https://razu.one, "Profile") or the unsubscribe link in the message itself. After opting out, no marketing messages are sent.

4. Who we share it with

• payment providers — to the extent required to process a payment;
• the SMS provider and the mail server — the phone number or address and the message text;
• rights holders and technical partners — aggregated, anonymised viewing statistics;
• public authorities — upon a duly issued legal request.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion personal data is erased, while financial records (payments, refunds) are retained in anonymised form for the period required by the laws of %JURISDICTION% for accounting and dispute resolution.

6. Your rights

You may obtain a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw marketing consent and request deletion of your account. Send the request to support@razu.one from the email address on the account; we reply within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in and session handling; without them signing in is impossible. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with consent.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored as hashes, payment tokens and keys are stored encrypted. Staff access is restricted by role, and every action in the admin panel is written to an audit log with the actor, time and IP address.
